TRIOCLUST® PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and professional business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and related requests may be considered for our services, products, internship programs, and training offerings.

Website Development, Software Development & Design Services

Due to the customized nature of website development, software development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and other digital services, advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the project status, work completed, and contractual obligations.

In the event of project cancellation by the client, any work completed, resources utilized, or services delivered before cancellation shall remain chargeable and may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund.

IT Services & Networking Solutions

Charges for completed IT services, technical support, repair services, maintenance work, networking solutions, installations, or consultations are non-refundable. Costs associated with hardware purchases, software licenses, subscriptions, third-party services, or vendor charges are also non-refundable once procured or utilized.

Internship & Training Programs

Registration fees, enrollment charges, training fees, or internship program fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable after confirmation of registration or enrollment. This policy helps cover administrative, training, and operational costs associated with program management.

However, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed and considered solely at the discretion of TRIOCLUST® PRIVATE LIMITED management.

Computer & Laptop Sales

Product returns, replacements, warranty claims, and after-sales support for computers, laptops, accessories, and related hardware products shall be governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty policies and service terms.

Warranty coverage may become void in cases involving physical damage, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, misuse, liquid damage, electrical faults, or any condition excluded by the manufacturer.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official company email address. Requests should clearly mention the service, project, program, or order details along with the reason for cancellation. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee approval or refund eligibility.

Company Discretion

TRIOCLUST® PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to review, approve, partially approve, or deny any refund or cancellation request after evaluating the specific circumstances, work completed, resources utilized, contractual commitments, and applicable business considerations.
